This Privacy Policy describes how and when BrainChain collects, uses and shares your information when you use our Services. Currently, BrainChain receives your information through our website. BrainChain may receive information through its website, mobile apps and other Internet websites and applications (the “Services”) and from our partners and other third parties. Irrespective of which country you reside in or supply information from, you authorize BrainChain to use your information in the United States and any other country where BrainChain operates.

The platform allows students to create and coordinate study sessions with other students, thereby allowing students the opportunity to study with others and benefit from the value of collaboration. Most of the information you provide us is information you are asking us to make public. In general, unless you change settings to the contrary, all information you upload is shared publicly.

Cookies: BrainChain may use cookies and similar technologies to collect additional website usage data and to improve our Services. We do not direct our services to children under the age of 17, and we do not seek to collect from children online contact information, or distribute to third parties any personally identifiable information from children, or entice children by the prospect of a special game, prize or other activity, to divulge information to us. We will not knowingly allow anyone under 17 to register with any of our sites or to provide any other personally identifying information without written approval of a parent or guardian.
